When Observing Paul first began their set

When Observing Paul first began their set at The Firmore, Irving Plaza I thought of Minneapdis and the Replacements and power pop. Then as things progressed I thought I heard some New York City underground Punk Rods which turned into driving drums and I felt like I was watching The Who. It wasn’t long before the charismatic Croatian born rebel Mio started to fill the room with politics, truth, and existence within the natural beast of Rock-n-Roll. These guys sweat, and pound and are an exciting act to watch. Great Rock & Roll, Great Energy, and Great People. These guys Rock hard!

I seen them at the Blender Theatre but Irving Plaza was intense. New and Old friends were there, the other bands, the fans, and a bunch of early birds wondering what the fuck was going on!? Then it happened like a  sucker punch from a tattooed Junkie Observing Paul blazed through their set and sounded like a 68 Camaro crashing into a Rolls Royce Limosine.
